Brady Built Homes handles all aspects of land development so your property is fully prepared for construction, including:
- Water (well or rural)
- Sewer (septic or city)
- Electricity
- Gas (propane or public)
- Land Clearing & Road Access
- Pad Preparation
Q: What if I don't already have a plan?
A: We’re happy to help!
We’ll design a home that fits your lifestyle, budget, and property. You can start with one of our stock floorplans or work with our team to create a one-of-a-kind custom design.
Already have a plan from online? No problem! It will likely need some adjustments but can serve as a great jumping point.
Q: Is my new home covered by a warranty?
A: Absolutely. Every Brady Built home comes with a 1-year limited builder’s warranty that follows the OKHBA guidelines.
Plus, many of the materials and products we use include extended or lifetime warranties from the manufacturer.
Q: I need help designing my home's aesthetic - can you help?
A: You bet! Work with our in-house design team (included at no extra charge) or we are happy to collaborate with an outside designer of your choice!
Either way, the process is simple, flexible, and designed to help you achieve your vision.
Q: How long will it take to build my home?
A: Timelines can vary depending on land development and other factors. What’s consistent is our process, which keeps your project moving at a steady pace and you supported from start to finish.
Q: Do I hold the construction loan or does the builder?
A: Most often in this scenario, our clients secure the construction loan (with our help). This allows our clients to keep title to the land, which is especially important with large parcels or family-owned property.

B. In this scenario, it may make sense for Brady Built to hold the construction loan, in which we would take title during the build, and sell it back to you once your home is complete.
Q: When should I reach out if I'm considering building a home?
A: The sooner, the better! Even if you’re a year or two away from starting, it helps to plan ahead with an experienced team.
Factors like land development, financial preparations, and personal timing can take strategy and we love working with clients early to set them up for success.
Q: How do we chat?
